Solarium
The solarium helps improve performance and condition by penetrating into the skin and muscles and increasing blood flow. This helps improve muscle elasticity and therefore reduces the risk of injury. Also used when a horse is confined to box rest and natural sunlight is restricted. It aids in drying off, helps to make the coat shine and of course the general feel good factor of heat absorption.
Secure Yard
Stables – 20 loose boxes and 6 foaling boxes. All boxes are large and airy with rubber matting to floors and walls, automatic water, lighting. A sociable and secure environment where horses are able to see each other and 24 hour supervision due to the proximity of the house to the yard.
3 secure tack rooms with heating, dedicated washing machine, large feed room.
Broodmares
There are 40 acres of superb grazing dedicated to broodmares. Each paddock is fitted with a large shed with drinkers and haylage, and another large outside drinker. The facilities for broodmares include a foaling unit in the main yard and veterinary assistance on site.
